Refund Policy

More Classes Commerce (a unit of More Consultancy) follows a strict no-refund policy. All fees paid — including the admission (seat booking) fee and course fees — are non-refundable, except in the one specific circumstance described below.

The Only Exception — Pre-Result Provisional Admission

A refund of the seat booking fee (₹2,000) is available solely when all three of the following conditions are met:

  • The student paid the seat booking fee before their CA Foundation result was declared (Provisional admission).
  • The student's CA Foundation result, as declared by ICAI, is a failure.
  • The student submits their original ICAI marksheet (or a clear photo/scan of it) to More Classes as proof of the result.

Upon verification of the marksheet, the seat booking fee will be refunded in full. No other fees or amounts are refundable under any circumstances.

All Other Cases — No Refund

Fees once paid are not refunded or adjusted for any other reason, including but not limited to: change of mind, relocation, switching to another institute, inability to attend classes, or batch rescheduling. Course fees paid after confirmation of enrolment are strictly non-refundable.

How to Claim Your Refund

If you meet the exception criteria above, email your ICAI marksheet to contact@moreclassescommerce.com or WhatsApp it to +91-89287 52377, along with your name and enrolment details. We will process the refund within 7–10 business days of verification.
