Before filling up this Admission Form, please ensure that you have following things ready with you
1) Digital Copy of your Passport Size Photo (Not more than 100kb)
2) Screenshot of of Payment of Admission Fees or Photo of Fees Receipt issued by Ambitions' office (Not more than 100kb)
